Please first make sure that you are logged in on the edition/country website that you registered for: Europe, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland
Click on My account at the top of the page.
Click on Account details, then Subscriptions.
There are some different ways the membership is displayed. You will see one of the following:
- Click the AUTO-RENEW button next to your subscription so it is turned off (switched toward left).
OR
- If there is no AUTO-RENEW button, Click Mange and select Cancel membership.
You will then see a confirmation window. Click Yes to ensure your membership will not auto-renew.
OR
- If you purchased your membership through Apple subscriptions, indicated by the apple, you will need to manage your membership through the App Store on your Apple device.
OR
- If your membership is through Subscribe with Google, you will need to manage your subscription in your Google console: https://myaccount.google.com/subscriptions . In this case you won't see the option to deactivate auto-renew on your account page on The Local.
