Payment information can be updated from the Subscription link under User Account. For assistance accessing this section see the page Subscription management in the app.
NOTE: If your app shows My membership (0) you are either not accessing through the correct country you are not logged in with your membership email. You can check both of these details in your Welcome email.
To update your payment details click either the black Change payment method button OR the 3 dots to access Update renewal payment method from the menu.
Select either + Add a new card to add a visa or mastercard (including an ApplePay card)
OR + Add PayPal to pay with your PayPal.
Click the orange Add payment method button to trigger the 3d-secure authorisation. If you have any questions regarding the 3d-secure authorisation please contact your card provider directly.
Before you Save & Exit ensure the correct (new) payment method is set to default - indicated by the blue radio button in front on the payment details.
